How are the works shipped?
They are shipped in boxes adapted to the characteristics of each piece, especially designed to protect it from any flaw and guaranteeing secure shipment. The Certificate of Authenticity is included in the box.
What is the Certificate of Authenticity?
The Certificate of Authenticity is a document provided by Capa Esculturas with every piece to certify its originality. The Certificate of Authenticity displays information associated with the piece including the name of the artist, the title of the work and technical specifications. All sealed and certified with the Capa Esculturas signature
Is the piece insured during shipment?
Do not worry if the piece is damaged during shipment, as Capa Esculturas insures all works of art. The piece is insured for 100% of its value, covering any mishap that may occur during shipment.
What companies ship the pieces?
Capa Esculturas works with the best transport companies to make sure that the pieces are shipped in the best conditions. You can rely on the best delivery times in the market with complete traceability via a tracking number that we will send you.
When will I receive my pieces?
The delivery time is 4 working days for mainland Spain destinations, 5 working days for shipments to the Balearic and Canary Islands, 6 working days for within the European Union and 10 working days for all other destinations.
Bank holidays within the Community of Madrid must be taken into account during the delivery of goods, as our logistics platform is located in the centre of Madrid.
Delivery times will be increased, where applicable, if there are delays in paying applicable taxes, as well as in the event of border inspections, strikes, conflicts and, in general terms, any situation outside the seller's scope of control.
You also have the option of collecting your purchased sculptures directly from our galleries, without shipping cost and immediately after purchase.
Incident or accident during shipment
If there is an incident or accident, you may choose to exchange the piece for another for opt for a refund of your purchase. You will not bear any risks.
