What is the return guarantee?
Our site is designed so that the customer can appreciate and know perfectly each work before deciding to buy it.
However, if upon receipt you change your mind, you have a period of 14 calendar days, from the day after receipt of the order, to change or return it.
To exercise this right the customer must inform Eduardo Capa, S.A. of his/her wish to make the return of the item and then proceed to the shipment of the item to the seller, at the customer's cost with the shipping costs derived from the return.
To communicate your wish to return the item, the customer may use any of these means:
- By phone on 91 871 04 63.
- By email at the email@example.com address.
- Using the withdrawal form that can be downloaded here, and which can also be sent by email to the address firstname.lastname@example.org. In this case it should be put in the case: DESISTATION FORM.
To proceed with the shipment of the item, the customer must send it to the following address:

Once the returned item has been received at the seller's headquarters, and after verification of the condition of the same, which must be in perfect condition and with its original packaging and documentation, the amount will be refunded in accordance with the same modality in which its payment was made.
In the event that it is not possible to return the product in its original packaging, the return will still be possible but the product in question will be subject to the possibility of depreciation.
The reinmbursment of the refund will include the amount of the purchased item and the initial shipping costs and its processing will be made after checking the correct receipt of the item
