  • Our returns policy is very simple

    If after you receive your order you change your mind or are simply not convinced, you have 14 calendar days (to begin the day after receiving the order) to exchange or return it. To find out about the returns process, please consult the Returns section.

    Galería Capa has agreements with the best international transport companies to make sure you receive the piece at your chosen address in a perfect condition and in the shortest time possible.

    Galería Capa offers you several payment methods in a secure setting. You can pay with credit card, PayPal or, if you wish, by bank transfer. Payment is completely secure and complies with all international regulations concerning payment in secure environments.

SHIPMENT AND PAYMENT

 

  • What is the cost of transport?

    Galería Esculturas ships orders through art transport specialists. If there is an additional charge for this service, it will appear in the order breakdown when you select the delivery address.

  • What is the expected time for delivery?

    The delivery time is 4 working days for mainland Spain destinations, 5 working days for shipments to the Balearic and Canary Islands, 6 working days for within the European Union and 10 working days for all other destinations.
    Bank holidays within the Community of Madrid must be taken into account during the delivery of goods, as our logistics platform is located in the centre of Madrid.
    Delivery times will be increased, where applicable, if there are delays in paying applicable taxes, as well as in the event of border inspections, strikes, conflicts and, in general terms, any situation outside the seller's scope of control.

  • Do you ship outside national territory?

    Yes, our company makes international shipments to designated areas.

  • How are the products shipped?

    Our products are shipped with a special packaging process for transporting works of art.

    All shipments are insured so that in the event of an accident during transport or assembly, you will be refunded the full amount paid.

  • If the goods are damaged, what do I do?

    Generally speaking, there is usually no problems with shipments. If for whatever reason the order arrives faulty, notify the carrier, who will in turn let us know so that the item can be properly returned.

    If damage is caused after delivery, you can request the repair and restoration service, which will provide you with a quote according to the scope of damage to the piece.

    NOTE: You should check the state of your purchase as soon as you receive it and report any fault or imperfection during this time.

  • What are the delivery times for shipments?

    The delivery times for orders are between 8:30 and 20:00 Monday to Friday.

    The carrier will contact you to speed up the delivery.

    The pieces at Capa Esculturas offer a broad spectrum that encompasses both current and future Spanish sculpture. The pieces may be one-off or within one of three categories in which they are classified depending on the number of models made in the edition: 8, 75 or 1500. In each and every one of the models you can see that they have been made by the Capa Foundry, which is the benchmark in the sculptural scene and on which many of the most important contemporary sculptors rely.

  • Where do I start?

    Exploring our gallery is very simple. You can access the different product categories or even faster through the search options. Each piece has a "spec sheet" that provides all its details.

    You can also directly search for an artist's name or use our ideas-para-regalar/">Gift Ideas section and check suggestions from our experts.

    Our purchase process is similar to that of any purchase you make in any shop. Once you have chosen the pieces you wish to buy, include these in the "shopping cart". The shopping cart will always display the products you have selected.

  • How do I buy a piece of art online?

    If you find a piece that you like and you wish to buy it, click on "add to shopping cart", which you will find on the spec sheet. Once the piece has been placed in the shopping cart, you can continue shopping.

    You can continue to add pieces to your shopping cart without registering on our online store. You can see the products in your shopping cart, add/remove pieces and make changes at all times.

    In order to continue with the purchase, please register if you have not done so already. It is a very quick and straightforward process. When you fill in the shipping address we will display the total amount (price of piece and shipping costs) and you can select your preferred payment method. Once you have entered the required details and make the payment, we will send you a confirmation email with all of the information regarding your purchase.

  • How can I get an idea of the actual size of the work?

    As well as photographs showing the work in amazing detail, we have included a photograph in which the piece is shown alongside an everyday object so that you can get a clear idea of the true size of the work you are purchasing.

  • Do the prices on the website include VAT?

    The products on our website contain VAT included until final destination.

  • When will I be able to see the total price to pay?

    When you have finished adding products to your shopping cart click on "process order"; before your order is completed you will be able to see the shipping costs and total amount to pay.
